Can I have my own design/photo on my tape?
Of course! We can put any image you’d like on tape for you. This could be your pet, your favourite cartoon character or even a photo of yourself. If you go to the personalised section of our website you’ll be able to purchase our customisable tapes there. Once you’ve ordered, please email across the image you’d like along with your order number and preferred background colour to hello@cheekytapes.co.uk
How do the tapes come?
We send all our tapes as full sheets. These sheets are 10cm x 14cm. The designs are seamless meaning you won’t get any gaps no matter what size or shape you cut your tape into. We believe sending them as a full sheet gives you the opportunity to get the most out of our tapes and saves on wastage. It also means our tapes are suitable for every individual as you can cut as much or a little as you’d like.
When should I get my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day. For example if you place an order at 8pm on a Thursday evening we will try to send it out on Friday. We do try our very best to do the next working day but if not it will be the next working day after this. We send all our tapes out via Royal Mail. They aim to deliver 2-3 working days after they’ve processed it. However, during busy periods they sometimes take slightly longer e.g. following a Bank Holiday.
Do you sell internationally?
Unfortunately not I’m afraid. We did used to send internationally but found our orders were regularly going missing or getting lost at customs so we made the decision to stop. We do have some customers who order to family/friends within UK who then pass on our tapes the next time they see them.
What sort of tape do you use?
We use Hypafix which is skin friendly and easy to apply. We can also put our designs on to Mefix if you would prefer. If that is the case please write a note on the customer notes section when checking out and we will send your tapes as Mefix rather than Hypafix.
Do you offer discounts?
We sure do! Every now and then we will post a discount code on our socials for you. So make sure you follow us on Facebook and Instagram!
I want to do a hospital donation to say thank you. How do I do this?
If you would like to donate our tapes to a hospital or ward who have cared for you or a loved one we would love to help with this. We can send the tapes directly to them on your behalf. If you’d like to do this please put the hospital details in the shipping address when checking out. If you write a note on the order this will be included on the packaging slip. Many customers write who the tapes are from and the reason behind the donation.
Can I model your tapes?
Of course! We are regularly on the look out for models for our website and socials. We usually advertise when we are looking for models on our instagram story so make sure to follow us. If you have a photo of yourself/your loved one modelling our tape and you’d like us to share it on a feed just drop us a DM on instagram and we’ll share it. Also, don’t forget to tag us in your stories so we can share your amazing photos!
